I escaped with some girlfriends to a bit of heaven on the banks of Cypress Creek near Wimberley, Texas, this past weekend.
It's a narrow creek, but deep,
and cold and clear and refreshing, after that initial gasp.
The green, the reflections, the silence...
...it was truly surreal and magical.
(stay tuned for Part 2: Mystical Statuary, Part 3: How My Camera Saves Me Millions, and Part 4: Oh, Deer!)
