He gave me my first real 35mm camera and taught me how to use it.
When mine was stolen, he let me use his.
He bought me my first DLSR and conspired to get me my beautiful Mac that makes life as a writer and photographer so much easier.
So of course he has carte blanche when he wants to wander off with my camera to take some photos, like these down by the little pond this past weekend...
(I just did a little cropping and editing.)
Great job, Tom! I LOVE the one with the bee!
ReplyDeleteWasn't that a great capture?
DeleteOoooooooooh, I love them all! Especially love the frog with his leg all stretched out and the bee on whatever that is.
ReplyDeleteThat was one of my favorites, too. I'm not patient enough to wait for the frogs.

ReplyDeleteI'll let him know you thought so!
DeleteTell Tom he did great! My faves are the frog pics. I think the bug in the first one is his future meal. lol What a good hubby you have. I know having my iMac has made photography and editing so much more enjoyable. :)
ReplyDeleteI'll tell him! I don't think I knew you had an iMac, too, did I? Love it!
DeleteI love it when hubby wants to take photos!! And, I'm glad to see you have water in your pond!
ReplyDeleteI love it, too. He's such a good photographer, but still gets confused on my camera. Yes, still water in both ponds, but it's dropping fast!
DeleteBelle fotografie, la natura è sempre gentile con noi! felice giornata a te...ciao
ReplyDeleteThank you! And thank you for stopping by!!
DeleteNicely done, Tom.
ReplyDeleteBarbara, your Tom is my Frank. The teaching of photography, the buying of the DSLR and even the gift of the Mac. We're lucky women.
