Continuing the Wedding Adventure..
the last venue we visited was out in the hill country, down miles of zig-zaggy country roads and over a one-lane low-water crossing:
Vista West Ranch a few miles outside of Dripping Springs.
If you want a "country" wedding, this is the spot for you!
Very "rust"ic! (hehehe)
We timed our visit just right to experience a mini wedding extravaganza!
Decorations and vendors were everywhere.
I went kind of camera crazy, as you'll see from my photos, and yet I still managed to grab business cards, sip a glass of wine, and nibble on custom mini-cupcakes, yummy crabby cakes and other sample wedding fare.
Now, after our tour of wedding venues, tell me which one you liked the best in the comments below.
(Look back over the past three or four posts to see the rest.)
In my next post, I'll reveal The One She Chose.
Oh, I love this place - so charming! And what wonderful wooden bed frames.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely my favourite!
Oh this place is my favorite!!!
ReplyDeleteThe first one, the large white house against blue sky, is a close second,
but the flavor of this one
wins my vote.
The flowers....oh how I love the
way they did the flowers!!!!
I'm sure it'll be beautiful
wherever they choose.
So happy for all of you:)

my heart goes to this one...
ReplyDeleteBarbara,
ReplyDeleteYou are becoming quite the photographer! I am impressed! i love your selective focus shots the best!
Thanks for your comment on my blog!

So shabby chic - love your captures which seem to convey the essence.
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE this one the best! Very charming and rustic!
ReplyDeleteBTW, my father used to drive us around in a Packard like that. I think that is the name.

Very pretty. I especially like the flowers in the top photo :)
ReplyDeleteGosh, If I were choosing it would be hard to decide between the first stop in Sprinkle, TX and this Ranch. Thanks for taking us along!
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! I think out of all the venues you've posted about so far, this one is my favorite!! Your photos really showcase the charm. Fantastic photography, Barbara!
ReplyDeleteGosh, I better go back a few posts and get caught up! You should have been the photographer for this wedding. Fabulous shots!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if it's the photography or if it's the venue, but this one is definitely my favorite so far! So unique and full of personality!
ReplyDeleteWell I'm not sure if you're blogging to like-minded people.. .or you have your own particular bias for this venue but it's also my favourite. The only drawback would be a concern about bad weather if the ceremony is outdoors. But aside from that, if it was up to me this would be the one.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a fun place to have a wedding Barbara. I love the 'smoking' sign ~ ha!
ReplyDeleteI think I still like the one with the beautiful white verandas and fans in the trees. Very romantic I think!
Hope you are having a happy weekend!
